Freeing the mind from transportation, through questioning and many questions, and stimulating it to think, requires us: to flow with liquid time, as our blood flows in our arteries, where every inertia: is like a venous thrombus, which poses a threat to the pulse of the mind and the brilliance of thinking, and in the heart that Reason as mind.

Mukhabarat: one of the arts of governance based on knowing the friend and the enemy, and it has special principles and nature of work, and there are fixed criteria for this art, and the conditions related to time and place, and it is an art that works in peace and war, and in the case of the Mu’allaqa: neither peace nor war, as it presents a perception and appreciation, for the work of intelligence in democratic regimes, and this art in itself provides new and updated foundations for rebuilding the intelligence itself by itself, according to the major transformations taking place in the world, including, of course: governance and administration.

Intelligence is a tool that combines many contradictions. It contains words, figures, pictures, estimates, gestures, and incitement. It contains facts that may guide or mislead. It also contains outright lies. Because it is an immaterial tool, it does not injure, but causes the death of millions or saves their lives, just as intelligence is. An art practiced by the good and the bad, tyrants and democrats, primitive and advanced, but in all cases it is one art.

Intelligence operations consist of four basic components: information gathering, counterintelligence, analysis, covert action, and good and necessary information, which may be from an available source or private espionage. Accurate studies and information about the economy and public institutions may result in a valuable treasure for people of insight and ability. On the analysis, perhaps if Napoleon and Hitler had taken into account the weather and climate information, they could have avoided a severe defeat in Russia.

On the other hand: the abundance of information may be a cause of confusion and misleading, as the National Security Agency in the United States of America captures countless thousands of conversations every day in most parts of the world, especially in times of crisis, and decision makers find themselves facing a crowd of information , does not provide reliable results or analysis, and becomes the desired intelligence target: like a needle in a haystack.

The basis of the theory of knowledge in philosophy (philosophy is the mother of sciences) is: The following obvious question: How did this knowledge come to me? And how did my method of knowledge affect my opinion of it?: This is what is called in the work and science of intelligence: operational security, and it is old and common principles.

The art of collecting information is the art of the possible, just like politics, and that art requires the rejection of preconceived ideas and the use of available means. Rather, the art of collecting information and politics are the art of producing necessity in its entirety: security, political, economic, social, and health. In the third millennium AD, and in the era of deadly artificial intelligence.

The chances of achieving the goal, in the field of intelligence, are limited only by imagination. What kind of mentality is that that would choose the place of a German car mechanic in Colombia, as a front to collect information about drug dealers, or to place listening devices inside vending machines in university college clubs, or to use a repair company For elevators, as a long-term front for espionage in Vienna?
The Turkish Intelligence Service is considered one of the active agencies in the Near and Middle East region, due to the geopolitical connection of the Turkish state with these two regions. Turkish President Kemal Ataturk purged the former elements and formed the National Security Service, under the leadership of Shukru Ali Ogil.

During the period of World War II, Turkey witnessed increased intelligence activity by the British, Soviets, and Germans, and one of the most prominent trends of the National Security Service was position assessment reports, which successfully predicted that Germany would not invade Turkey, and the intelligence assessment strengthened the government of the President The Turkish Inunu, in its growing adherence to not participating in World War II, on the side of the Allies, and not responding to the great pressures that the Turkish government was facing at the time, by the Soviet Union and the United States, in order to support the war military confrontation, against Nazi Germany at the time.

In 1965 AD, the National Intelligence Service (MIT) was formed by the formation intelligence, to replace the National Security Service, and supervise the Turkish National Intelligence Service, with a manager with a ministerial rank, and reports directly to the Turkish Prime Minister (now it belongs to the President of the Republic of Turkey, after the transition in Turkey to the presidential system, not the parliamentary one) and from an organizational point of view, this apparatus consists of 7 directorates, which are: legal advisory, public relations and media, inspection and oversight, general coordination division, intelligence division, which includes: intelligence, psychological intelligence, electronic and technical intelligence, computer systems, division Operations, which includes: Operations, the regional area, missions and external representation, and the Administration Division, which includes: personnel affairs, administrative affairs, training, and secretariat.

The Turkish security and intelligence doctrinalism is based on the following concept: It is known in every country that external security is linked to foreign policy, and internal security is linked to domestic politics, and since foreign policy is closely linked to domestic politics, Turkish external security must, accordingly: be highly linked With the internal Turkish politics: This rule related to the connection of external security with internal security applies to most countries of the world, but the matter in the Turkish state seems to be more different and paradoxical than this rule.

Doctrine and the Turkish security intelligence doctrine are no longer closely linked to Turkish domestic politics, except in some cases, due to the Turkish state’s involvement in many regional and international alliances, which focus to a small extent on economic cooperation, but for the most part, these agreements focus on Military and security considerations that cross borders, and Turkish foreign policy has begun to engage in the process of abandoning regional cooperation and engaging in military and security alliances since the beginning of the Cold War phase until now (will the new Turkish Foreign Minister and former intelligence chief Hakan Fidan restructure them?)

The classical musician, on the strings of politics, was Ibrahim Qalan, who mastered the language of music, which is the language of peoples in the world, where he moved to the intelligence, to control its rhythm, action, interactions and effects, with the Russian, American, and European intelligence, and the rest of the regional and international agencies, and he is responsible for communication with European and American, and he was correspondent with the intelligence site “Stafford”, as a matter of writing the intelligence analysis, according to the WikiLeaks documents.

Also, the intelligence player, since 2010 AD who moved to diplomacy – Haqan Fidan, both of which had a clear impact, in President Erdogan’s decision, to choose the Kurdish Cevdet Yilmaz as Vice President of the Republic in this context, to say to the Kurds: You are our partner in this country, and you did not He is content with appointing the Kurdish (with his British and American nationalities) Muhammad Shimshak as Minister of Finance, in order to save the country from its dangerous financial crisis, through his relations with Western financial circles, and the Kurdish Fakhruddin Koca retained the portfolio of Minister of Health, with information, which talks about the Kurdish origin of the new foreign minister : Hakan Fidan, the former director of intelligence – although, as announced by those close to him: he is a Turkmen Turk.
The geopolitical field of the activity of the Turkish National Intelligence Service (MIT) is related to the following areas: The regional geopolitical field of the Turkish state, pertaining to three regional circles: the Middle East circle (Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the Gulf, and the Zionist entity) , Near East circle (Iran, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Central Asia), Southern Europe circle (Georgia, Bulgaria, Greece, and Cyprus), international geopolitical field: It includes many circles, due to the Turkish foreign policy’s association with international and regional alliances, and one of the most prominent circles The United States, European Union countries, Russia, China, India, and global international organizations such as the United Nations, and international economic institutions such as: the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, and the World Trade Organization.

The connection of the regional and international spheres, against the background of the Turkish foreign policy’s involvement in regional and international alliances with America, Israel and their allies, has led to a qualitative and functional shift in the work of the Turkish National Intelligence Service, in the way that this apparatus has become, acting as a branch of many regional security and intelligence agencies. And international, for example: Turkey is a member of NATO, and a member of a tripartite strategic military security alliance that includes: Jordan, Israel and Turkey, and it has military and security agreements with the United States, in addition to being a member of some alliances that include the countries of the Mediterranean region, and the countries of the sea region. Black, West Asian countries.

At the regional level, the activities of the Turkish National Intelligence Service are distributed in the following areas: Southern Europe Circle: Due to the presence of Turkish minorities, the turmoil of the Balkans, and the Turkish-Greek conflict over some islands in the territorial waters between Greece and Turkey, this region has become of interest to the Turkish Intelligence Service. , which was able to penetrate into this region due to the support of the local population belonging to the Turkish minorities, the Near East Circle: a region that the Turks view as representing the strategic depth of the Turkish vital field, especially since the peoples of this region have historical cultural relations with the Turkish state since the days of the Ottoman Empire Turkey gained special importance during the Cold War period because of this relationship, and the Turkish National Intelligence Service (MIT) had a great ability to penetrate into the former Soviet Union, by recruiting thousands of people from Central Asian countries, and the CIA was able to Exploiting and employing this advantage, which allowed it to support and finance secret political movements that were active in the regions of Central Asia against Soviet rule, and this matter emerged clearly after the collapse of the Soviet Union, as the CIA was more active in this region than other countries The other world, so that this agency was able with the help of the Turkish National Intelligence Service (MIT) to carry out one of the largest and most dangerous secret intelligence operations in the world, which resulted in the transfer and deportation of large quantities of nuclear equipment, missile technology and weapons that remained in the countries of Central Asia after the collapse of the Union Soviet.

The hidden activities of Turkish intelligence have expanded in this department, to include, in addition to military and intelligence activities, a new dimension represented in economic activities. Turkish intelligence has supervised economic coordination between American companies and Central Asian countries, especially Azerbaijan. The American neo-conservative group was able to penetrate the room. Azerbaijani commercial and industrial, and Richard Perle (the American Jew and the leader of the neo-conservative group nicknamed (Prince of Darkness) continued to enjoy membership in the Azerbaijani chambers of commerce and industry, and the neo-conservative group was able to secure agreements and contracts that allowed the oil company Halliburton of former US Vice President Dick Cheney, from Taking over a large sector of oil and gas production activities in the Caspian Sea region from Azerbaijan.
Likewise, the American oil companies, in coordination with the Turkish National Intelligence Service, and the rest of the Turkish state apparatus, extended the pipeline to Baku (Azerbaijan), Tbilisi (Georgia), and Ceyhan (Turkey), which will be extended under the waters of the Mediterranean Sea to Israel, and the involvement of Turkish intelligence is revealed. In this project, it is true that the extension of the pipeline can take place from northern Turkey directly to Europe, where the distance to Italy or Cyprus is closer to European markets than Israel, but Turkish intelligence reports and pressure from the neo-conservative group played a major role in guiding the pipeline. To Israel, to be the final export port.

The infiltration of Turkish intelligence, which supported and aided the infiltration of the CIA, is an infiltration that cannot be viewed in isolation from the infiltration of Israeli intelligence (Mossad) in the Central Asian region, where Turkish elements – of Jewish origin – are active, benefiting from the cover of Turkish nationality in the service of the Mossad. And Israeli interests, the Middle East department: The Turkish National Intelligence Service is interested in this department according to many considerations, the most prominent of which are the following: the Kurdish problem, Iraqi oil exports, Gulf markets, and the Arab-Israeli conflict.

The appointment of Hakan Fidan as Minister of Foreign Affairs means intelligence before diplomacy, and aims to bring together the activities of the Ministries of Interior, Defense and Foreign Affairs, within the framework of the new foreign policy of President Erdogan, who will seek during the coming period to achieve balance in his relations with both Moscow and Washington, with its implications for Turkey’s regional policies. , and in particular with its neighbors Syria, Iraq and Iran.

President Erdogan always says: The Turkish intelligence has a fundamental role in the overall diplomatic successes that Turkey has achieved in terms of foreign policy, and everyone knows that what President Erdogan meant is the victories that Ankara achieved at the regional and international levels, and in all political, military and intelligence fields.

All of these data will undoubtedly be within the interests of Ibrahim Kalin, the spokesman for President Erdogan, who moved to intelligence, and both Kalin and Fidan were Erdogan’s right and left forearms, in all his foreign moves and decisions, as Kalin was, albeit unofficially, in the position of: Erdogan’s advisor for national security affairs, and he assigned him foreign missions in this context, and his last visit was to Washington, and his meeting with officials in the Pentagon, intelligence, national security and the White House, through which he achieved many goals, the most important of which is that Turkey has become the owner of the main role, not in Syria, Iraq and Libya And Somalia and the Arab region not only, but also in the Balkans: through the relationship with Hungary, Serbia, Bosnia, Albania, Kosovo, the Caucasus and Central Asia as well, where the Islamic republics of Turkish origin are Russia’s back garden, and absolutely: these countries do not want to lose Erdogan, whatever the cost to them. The level of bilateral and regional relations, in Syria and the Azerbaijani-Armenian war, and the international war in Ukraine – the Russian-Atlantic confrontation.

And I remind everyone: that Hakan Fidan was accused by Tel Aviv in the past of having a relationship with Tehran, when he was head of intelligence in 2010, and with him was the new Interior Minister Ali Yarli Kaya, who was the governor of the city of Gaziantep, when the media revealed the national intelligence trucks, which were transporting Military equipment, to armed groups in Syria.

The Turkish Intelligence Service (MIT) is interested in the Kurdish problem, as it constitutes a major threat to the security, borders and safety of Turkey. This agency has been tracking the Kurdish movements, especially the PKK, inside and outside Turkey. With the support and assistance of the capabilities of the international intelligence services allied with it, the arrest of the Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan in Nairobi, Kenya, and from inside the Greek Embassy building in Kenya, was one of the most successful secret operations carried out by the Turkish National Intelligence Service outside the borders, with the help of the Israeli Mossad and the Central Intelligence Agency. American, and Kenyan intelligence cooperating with the Americans and the Israelis.
The intelligence war between the Iraqi intelligence service and the Turkish intelligence was taking place at its most intense during the period of the late Iraqi President Saddam Hussein, but after the American invasion and occupation of Iraq, northern Iraq became suffering from the phenomenon of power and authority vacuum, which allowed the Turkish intelligence service to enjoy freedom of movement within the north Iraq, and currently this apparatus monitors the Kurdish movements with great care and accuracy, and because of the presence of many Kurdish agents within the ranks of this apparatus, it is possible to say: Turkish intelligence has been able to achieve great success in penetrating the Kurdish movements present in northern Iraq, and perhaps within the Iraqi government apparatus. The current situation, in which the Kurds control a large part of it, and they play an influential role in the Iraqi security forces and the current Iraqi intelligence services.

The Gulf markets represent an important field for marketing exports of Turkish goods and services. Therefore, the interest of Turkish intelligence in the Gulf is based primarily on considerations related to economic security, and secondarily on support for the US military and intelligence presence in the Gulf region.

Among the interests of the Turkish intelligence service are Iraqi oil exports, and securing the pipeline that transports Kirkuk and Mosul oil to the export port in Turkey. The Turkish intelligence service considers any danger facing the pipeline as a threat to Turkish vital security, and now this idea has become a deterrent to Kurdish movements. Until now, despite its armed attacks against Turkish economic facilities, it remained completely helpless and did not dare to take any military action targeting the Iraqi oil pipeline to Turkey.

With regard to the Arab-Israeli conflict, it can be said that the Turkish National Intelligence Service has benefited greatly from the benefits of social interaction between the people of southern Turkey and the eastern Mediterranean region. Currently, many Turkish commercial companies operate in duplicate in the countries of this region. On the one hand, it carries out normal commercial activities, and – most likely – on the other hand, whose offices and departments include many Turkish elements that collect information for the benefit of the Turkish National Intelligence Service.
No one denies the historical extension of Turkish-Arab relations, and no one denies the Arabs’ knowledge of Turkey and the Turks’ knowledge of the Arab countries. The Israeli-American, and despite the American and Israeli intelligence playing a counter role to Turkey and its intelligence apparatus in the Cyprus crisis, the Turkish intelligence apparatus still cooperates openly for the benefit of the American and Israeli intelligence in the Arab-Israeli conflict.
And based on the strategic military and security agreement, which includes Turkey and Israel, as well as the American-Turkish-Israeli security agreements, the intelligence information obtained by the Turkish intelligence service is necessarily transferred to the Israeli Mossad through the Mossad’s liaison office in Ankara and Istanbul, as well as to the CIA. The Turkish National Intelligence Service also plays the role of the agent (proxy) that carries out the operations that it is assigned to carry out in the Middle East region, through the joint intelligence operations room that brings together Turkish intelligence, the CIA and the Israeli Mossad.

Turkish intelligence also plays an important role inside Iran, and currently a lot of information about Iran may flow through Turkish intelligence to Israel and America, and there is a belief that there is a special joint room for coordination in the southern region of Turkey that includes Turks, Israelis, Americans, and Iranian opposition elements, working under the guidance and supervision of the American Incirlik base located in southern Turkey.

The groups of Mizrahi and Donma Jews that settled in Turkey during the Ottoman Empire after their emigration from Spain play an important role in the Turkish military, security and intelligence institutions. Turkish Jews were able to penetrate its most sensitive and important positions, such as the General Coordination Division, the Intelligence Division, Operations, and Administration, which made the Turkish National Intelligence Service a fully exposed apparatus to the Israeli Mossad – perhaps, and because of the feelings of dual loyalty, many of the Jewish elements that It penetrated the Turkish intelligence, it deals voluntarily with the Israeli Mossad, and currently Israel can use the door and the window to get what it wants from the Turkish security services. Through the door: Israel obtains information according to the security agreements between it and Turkey, and through the window the Israeli Mossad takes what He wants him through the mediation of the Turkish intelligence agents cooperating with him.
